Issues

  1. No additional property tax millage increases.
Eden Roberts believes we are taxed enough. The county government does not need additional revenue. Rather, governments need to learn how to be better stewards of the money that is currently provided.
  2. Be Available
As a Justice of the Peace, Eden is committed to being available and accessible to every constituent in District 12. Often, we encounter problems and we don't know who to turn to for help. Eden Roberts is an experienced problem-solver. She is committed to helping her constituents solve problems. If she can't solve it, she'll find someone who can.
  3. Implement fiscal conservative ideals
In their legislative capacities, Justices of the Peace are tasked with holding elected officials accountable for responsible spending. Eden Roberts believes in fiscal responsibility for all government officials. As Justice of the Peace, Eden will ensure county officials are spending your tax dollars in an efficient and responsible manner.
  4. Long-term commitment to the community.
Eden is committed to serving the public. She has no plans to use this position to run for any other office.
  5. Keep the public updated.
Eden will not only use her social media presence to keep citizens informed of the county's monthly meetings, but she will also seek out individuals affected by proposed county laws and budget requests. Eden believes it is the responsibility of elected officials to meet often with the ones that put them in office.
